What is the problem you are solving? Why are you uniquely qualified to solve it? Do you have a solution that is differentiated enough to compete? Can your solution be scaled? These are all questions to ask yourself before diving into the deep end.
Are you sure you are solving a problem that lots of people have? Do you understand the existing alternatives and the switching costs?
Have you found a gap in the solutions provided in the market you are going after? Is there a niche for your solution?
Are you going after a big enough market? Are there enough customers out there to build a scalable company?
Are you the best person in the whole world to attack the problem your business is trying to solve?
Your business needs a guiding light, a North Star to follow. Do you have one yet?
